We're a family in the Boston area looking to host four students across three bedrooms. We have two single rooms and one double room. All utilities are included, and you'll have a brand new living room featuring comfortable seating and TV with HDMI cords, as well as access to a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator. Rent includes patio and backyard access; breakfast daily; and a pick up/drop off from the airport.
We do have a pet cat; she is very friendly and does not bite or scratch. She does not go to your part of the house, and if you want to make sure she never goes in your room, feel free to keep the door closed! :)
