I live in a three family/apartment house in Boston. Each level has the following living space:

Level three: 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and deck. (1 vacant room)

Room Description
Looking for a long term female graduate student or female adult person 23+. If you are not either long term or 23+ please do not apply. The room on the third floor has hardwood floor, desk & chair, full size bed, mirror, clothes basket, dresser, waste basket and air conditioning. Shared bathroom and kitchen with other female grad student. Good housekeeping is very important. If you don’t have good housekeeping, please don’t apply. Shared household responsibilities are important as well. If you can’t share household responsibilities, please don’t apply. No pets. No smoking. Laundry room is used twice a month for $15. A laundry schedule will be provided. Heat, hot water, electricity, and WIFI are included.

Transportation
Five minute walking distance to the bus and commuter rail. Also available are hub bicycles for a fee. It takes 20 to 25 minutes on the #15 Ruggles Street Station bus to Northeastern University. It will take 30 to 35 minutes on the #15 and #47or #8 bus to the Hospital district like Children’s, Beth Israel, Brigham &Women, Dana Farber, Joslin, Harvard Medical and Harvard Public Health, Massachusetts College of Arts & Designs and Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Science. The #15 bus will also take you to Nubian Square. Get off at Nubian Square to take the #1 bus to Berklee College. Orange line train goes to downtown Boston {5 minute ride). You can also get to Bunker Hill Community College {15 minute ride) on the Orange line train. If you decide to take the commuter rail near the house, it takes 12 minutes on the commuter rail to South Bay, South Station or downtown Boston. From South Station, you can walk to the language schools, Emerson College, Suffolk University etc. or you can take the red line train to the language schools, Emerson College, Suffolk University, Massachusetts General Hospital {5 minute ride} or Harvard University (15 minute ride). . It takes 20 minutes on the #41 UMASS/JFK bus to University of Massachusetts.

Neighborhood Shopping Center
The shopping center is only 6 minutes away on the commuter rail or 20 minutes on the bus or 25 minutes walking. There are many stores like Stop & Shop, Targets, Famous Shoes, Party Time, Best Buy, Homedepot, OfficeMax, Marshall's, Apple Bees, Olive Garden, Panera Bread, Chipotle, Walhburger, JP Licks's, Starbucks, TJ Maxx, Bed, Bath & Beyond, Forever 21, ULTA, Carter's, AMC 12 cinema theater etc.
