Hello everyone my name is Cp. I have a 1 bedroom available in my 3 bedroom apartment. I have a clean and quiet home located in Mattapan in a family oriented neighborhood. Bus stops to Forest Hills and Ashmont station within 3 minutes from home. Washer and dryer, Fios and Wi-Fi all included with rent. Smoking is only allowed on the back porch. Shared upgraded bathroom and kitchen. Please see attached pictures, 30 day minimum stay.
