Hi,
I have a house share available with bedrooms for rent just a 2-3 minute walk from the Newton Center Green Line D Train MBTA. Only ~20 minutes from downtown Boston on the T and walking distance to everything including the lake and park.
The home is a large, stately victorian, full of character and period detail with all the modern amenities. Built in 1880, it passed through 4 generations and finally wound up in my hands when I purchased the home as a renovation project back in 2018. I (29 y/o male) now live here with my German Shepherd and work out of my home office.
There are 4 bedrooms available on the third floor for rent, starting at $1,150 per month each. There are 5.5 bathrooms total in the house, 2 separate living rooms equipped with cable TV, a dining room, kitchen, and laundry room. There is a large, green yard and pretty amazing views of the park.
The rooms are available now in a month-to-month lease. All utilities are included, like WiFi internet, Cable TV, Heat, Hot Water, and Electricity.
Off street parking could be available for an extra monthly cost.
