Our house is in one of the safest parts of metro Boston. There is a =lot= of open green space in which to walk, jog, and bike around here. It's very accessible to Boston by car and by public transport. It's located within walking distance of a hospital, a drugstore, a Japanese grocery & sushi bar, the Middlesex Fells nature reserve, an Italian bakery, coffee & ice cream shops, and American, Chinese (Sichuan), Greek, Indian-Pakistani, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Mexican, and Thai restaurants. If someone doesn't have a car, we can drive them to go shopping.

All rooms include WiFi, all utilities, use of the laundry room, use of the kitchen & all its appliances & dishes, and weekly professional cleaning of all the bathrooms & common areas. There's also an elliptical exercise machine that can be used.

2 Bengal cats live in the house. They are both very friendly, but one is more shy. Some people like to interact with them, and others don't -- Whatever you prefer is fine.

Please know that no smoking or drugs are allowed in the house.

We use rather strict COVID preventive measures, including wiping down surfaces, weekly professional cleaning of all bathrooms and common areas, a sanitizing dishwasher cycle, a UV "sterilizer box" for electronics (phones, laptops, etc.), a "thermometer gun," and an oximeter.

The house is rather big (~5,000 square feet), so it's quite easy to keep social distancing or find a quiet room to study, or have some conversation in the kitchen or dining room.
