Hello & Welcome to Veronica's Homestay,
Your home away from home. Our Malden home is semi modern and has a warm feel.
Carpet is throughout the upper level along with a bed, a heater for the Winter and air conditioning for the Summer. There is WiFi throughout and you have use of the common areas of my home, including the washer and dryer (Friday, Saturday and Sunday). Upper level consists of 3 bedrooms and is sectioned off. Smoking is allowed outside and there is street parking. You can also use the backyard with advance permission. A walk trail and fitness centers are close by. During summer months the city of Malden has community bikes for rent and public transportation is a 7min walk down the street. Parks are close by as well as various eateries, hair salons/barber shops. Not far from shopping and other business' to handle your daily needs.
