Room available in the blooming city of Malden. You will share an apartment (yes a whole apartment!) with another professional (me). It's a cozy 2nd floor room and can comfortably fit a full or queen sized bed. There is a closet that is all yours. If additional storage is needed, there is one available on the same floor. I am quiet, respectful, welcoming, and I would hope you are the same.. If you like to cook there is an enormous and well provisioned kitchen for you to do so. The washer/dryer are also located on the same floor so no need to descend into the depths to clean your clothes. Heat/hot water, electricity and internet are included . I do have insanely fast internet. If summers are too hot, cool off with the central A/C or relax in the amazing pool. I am at 5 minute walk to bus stop and 15 to the Malden Center Orange Line station and can be in downtown in 25 minutes once on the train. If you drive, you won't have to park on the street! Guess what?! There is a parking lot for you. The neighborhood is quiet, full of families and people say hi to each other. In all seriousness, you won't find a better situation in the city or even outside. The value you get living here is unparalleled. It checks all the boxes that a good living environment should and that most never do. Message with a short synopsis of yourself if you're interested!
