Thank you for your interest in my Homestay. I have been renting rooms to both students and professionals for the past seven years. Before replying, please read the entire ad.
I offer a centrally located, very safe, clean and comfortable homestay for ESL (English Second Language) students to live while in America.
This is not a roommate situation. You will be renting a private bedroom (with shared bathroom or private bathroom en-suite depending on which room you choose) in my house that is furnished with free wireless internet, bed, desk, chair, refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot, rice cooker, air conditioning and heat.
The bed is complete with linens. I rent to people that don't need a kitchen or any meals. No meals are provided and kitchen privileges are not allowed. Laundry service once a week for your personal clothing items and linens/towels is included in the weekly rate. This room is only for a single individual. More than one person is not allowed.
For room with shared bathroom, rent of $480 (one week rent $240 and refundable deposit of $240) is due upon arrival and then every week.
For room with private en-suite bathroom, rent of $550 (one week rent $275 and refundable deposit of $275) is due upon arrival and then every week.
Overnight guests, pets and smoking (of any type) are not allowed under any circumstances.
Our guests are generally very busy people as are we. If you are looking for a clean, safe and centrally located private room with shared bathroom and meet all the requirements, this will be a perfect fit.
