small deposit required $370 returned with 30 day notice of departure and room in good condition ($50 cleaning fee)

Hello from the Waltham ESL Homestay

Renting to ESL Students and ESL Professionals has been our mission for over 17 years. We offer them a clean, safe and comfortable place to live while in America.

This is not a roommate situation, you have total privacy.You are renting a room and of course have access to the bathrooms and laundry..not the whole house. We are very busy people and do not entertain. Our guests are also very busy people.We prefer guests working out of the house.

This is our private home and we are offering to rent a private bedroom that is furnished with a double bed, linens included, free wireless internet, desk, chair, refrigerator and microwave..air conditioning and heat included.

We rent to people that don’t need a kitchen..(we have had too many disasters through the years)
You can have a rice cooker and coffee pot in your room.

There is public transportation at the corner of our street.
Bentley and Brandeis universities are nearby as are many corporate jobs.

If you are a private person, wanting a clean and safe and comfortable place to live that is located in a very popular city not far from Boston, this might be just what you were looking for.

Must be 18 or older, NO overnights, smoking outside allowed away from the house, no drugs, no heavy drinking, No pets and no parties.
