Rent collected every four weeks, $780.. all utilities are included along with available laundry on site.
Small deposit of $390 which is returned as long as we receive a 30 day notice of departure and the room is in good order.
There is a move out cleaning fee of $50

Hello from the Waltham ESL Homestay ( English Second Language)

Renting to ESL Students and ESL Professionals has been our mission for over 18 years. We offer them a clean, safe and comfortable place to live while in America.

Many people are tired of roommate situations, here, you have total privacy. we are here to make sure that everyone has a peaceful, quiet, and clean environment. Homestays have easy guidelines that keep things running smoothly. We are very busy people and require our guests to be full time students and or have a full time job out of the house.

We rent private rooms not the whole house.

There is no kitchen but the room has a small refrigerator and microwave.

No stoves allowed in rooms.

The room is furnished with a bed, desk and chair, book case, linens and towels, and free wifi.

There is public transportation at the corner of our street. Downtown Waltham is within walking distance from our home.
Bentley and Brandeis universities are nearby as are many corporate jobs.

If you are a private person, wanting a clean and safe and comfortable place to live that is located in a very popular city not far from Boston, this might be just what you were looking for.

Must be 18 or older, NO overnights, No smokers, no drugs, no heavy drinking, No pets, no parties and no couples..
