We have rented to Professionals and Students for over 15 years.
A safe and clean and Quiet place to call home.
If you are tired of roommates, want more privacy, this is the place. You can come and go as you please.
This is a very small room, its a good temporary room while looking for something larger although we have had people in there for many months and even a couple of years/
We offer a private room, it is a very small room but cozy, like a cabin on a ship..it has a single bed, small microwave, refrigerator and desk and chair, hooks on wall and drawers under the bed.. Heat and AC included. It also has free wifi. It's a great room for very busy people that are out and about and that want a cozy, warm, clean, quiet place to rest.
There is laundry on site.
There is parking on our private street, never ticketed.
We are renting the room only not the entire home, the rest of the home is private.
The home is clean, safe and quiet.
Its a nice neighborhood with public transportation at the corner of our street..
There are fast food restaurants, cafe's, all kinds of food..
Rent is collected every four weeks and due upon arrival
A small deposit is required
30 day notice to leave is required and room in good condition in order to get deposit back
No overnights, drugs, no smoking or heavy drinking or parties... must be 18 or older
Please send whatever social media you have, also we do some background checking..
