Rent $720 due upon arrival and then every 4 weeks
small deposit required $360 which is returned as long as we receive a 30 day notice of departure and the room is in good order

Hello from the Waltham ESL Homestay

Renting to students and professionals has been our mission for the past number of years. We offer them a clean, safe and comfortable place to live.

This is not a roommate situation, you have total privacy.You are renting a room and of course have access to the bathrooms and laundry.."not the whole house." We prefer guests that work outside of the home.


There is no kitchen use..we have had too many disasters

You can have a coffee pot in your room and or a teapot

This is our private home and we are offering to rent a private bedroom that is furnished with
free wireless internet, bed, desk, chair, refrigerator and microwave..air conditioning
and heat.
The bed is complete with linens if preferred

There is laundry on site.

There is public transportation at the corner of our street that goes into Watertown and then Cambridge and or Boston
Bentley and Brandeis universities are nearby as are many corporate jobs.

If you are a private person, wanting a clean and safe and comfortable place to live that is located in a very popular city not far from Boston, this might be just what you were looking for.

We live on a private street, there is parking across the street from our home.

Must be 18 or older, No overnights, No smoking, no drugs, No heavy drinking and no parties No pets

We charge a $50 move out fee for us to do a through cleaning

we would appreciate any social media you can provide, references, etc
We do some back ground checking

We would like to rent the room by May 30 2024
