I share a private room in my apartment, along with a private bathroom with international students, aged 25 on up. Students do their own food preparation. There is parking if you have a car. I'm on the greater Boston Express bus route into downtown Boston (15 min), and other local buses to Harvard Square, etc. The room is fully furnished, and the rent amount includes all utilities, and WiFi.
