Welcome to Nieves’ Homestead!!!

We are located in a family friendly, safe, warm, and welcoming, neighborhood within the City of Somerville!! We are 10 minutes from downtown Boston, and Harvard University. We are also 5 minutes way from the orange line and 10 minutes to green line ( train stations). 10 minutes walk to Assembly Sq! Where you’ll find plenty of stores, restaurants, movie theater, and much more. Very convenient for anyone seeking a quiet place to stay, around a vibrant and joyful environment. We are very proud of our stay and we take great responsibility in keeping our house clean. Any potential guests are required to abide by the house rules in order to provide a safe and comfortable experience to all of our guests.
