This is a three bedroom one bathroom home in great condition!

It's one guy (me) and two girls; a mix of students and working professionals. Both bedrooms are available.

Previously there was Tinh, a student from Vietnam and our other housemate was Tiphaine, from France. Tiphaine worked as a business administrator for a tech company in Boston.

Before Tinh and Tiphaine, the housemates were two women from China and South Korea doing graduate studies at MIT and Lesley University.

In addition to the three bedrooms and bathroom, there's a living room, dining room, kitchen, back deck and enclosed front porch.

Our home is about a 9 to 10 minute walk to Davis Square and the Red Line T. Going to Harvard, MIT, Massachusetts General Hospital, Cambridge or Boston from Davis Square is very easy. We're just one minute to the #89 bus on Broadway which will take you a 12 minute ride to the Orange Line T at Sullivan Square. From Sullivan Sq it's just a few stops to Bunker Hill Community College, State Street and the Financial District, Downtown Crossing, Chinatown and Tufts New England Medical Center. We're also a 4 minute walk to the new Green Line T at Ball Square which will get you downtown quickly!

Previous housemates have been at Harvard, MIT, Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) as well as other universities, English language schools and teaching hospitals in Cambridge and Boston. Tufts University is a short walk from our home.

Previous housemates have been from all over the world including, but not limited to, France, Italy, Germany, Holland, Spain, Greece, Switzerland, England, Scotland, China, Japan, Malaysia, South Korea, Vietnam, Australia, Slovenia, Israel, Bahrain, Ghana, Bhutan, China, Turkey, Tunisia and of course the U.S.!

The completely furnished bedroom is in fabulous condition and features hardwood floors, a huge, walk-in closet, a queen bed, dresser, bookcase, desk with lamp, office chair, your own HDTV, ceiling fan, window air conditioner, area rugs, mini blinds and window curtains!

The rent includes everything except food. It includes your fully furnished bedroom plus heat, hot water, electricity, wireless internet, cable tv with premium channels, weekly cleaning of the common area and use of the no-charge washing machine and dryer. It's a great deal!
Across the street from our home is a pleasant park with lots of trees and small, grassy rolling hills. The park helps create a beautiful and friendly location which cannot be underestimated.

You'll find people enjoying the park with an afternoon lunch, early morning Tai Chi, frisbee, strolling along with a baby carriage, walking their dog, reading on a park bench, or just catching some sun. In the winter it's great to see the little kids sled down the small hills.

It's a comfortable home with lots of amenities. It's also a respectful home and a great place to live:)

This is a very clean home and a quiet home. It's a pleasure to live here! After a long day it's nice to know you can return to a friendly, welcoming home:)
