Our Home: Large home, 6 bedrooms,safe neighborhood in Needham with backyard, shared kitchen, shared baths; central air, free parking;
Our Family: American family, single mom, three children in college (two undergraduates and 1 grad school); our pets: dog and chinchilla.
Monthly Rate: fully furnished room with shared bath, single or double bed, desk, wireless internet, laundry facilities; close to town and commuter rail, - $900 per month
Very close to Babson and Olin Colleges as well as Mt. Ida Campus of UMASS, Trip Advisor in Needham and Beth Israel/Deaconess Hospital, Needham
Transportation: Train (Commuter Rail): Several minutes walking to 'Needham Heights' station on Needham Line. From 'Needham Heights' Station to Boston is a 35 minute trip. Easy access to downtown Boston area and tourist sites via direct commuter train line. Also many colleges and downtown businesses are easily accessible on this train from Needham to Boston including: Northeastern University, Mass College of Art, Mass School of Pharmacology, and Simmons College (32 mins on train from homestay).
T (Subway): 'Newton Highlands' station is at Green line Riverside D Line. Bus #59 to 'Newton Highlands' station is 12 minutes. 'Newton Highlands' station to Boston is 20 minutes.
No smoking in home.
