Homestay in 美国 － Somerville
Hello!!
Welcome to Nieves Homestay. I currently have multiple rooms available with twin size bed, AC, internet - wifi, and a small fridge (if needed). One bathroom, and laundry within premises ( for an extra small fee). In addition to this, we have a water filter that filters the water of the entire house! We are 5 minutes away from Boston, and 7 minutes away from Downtown Boston. We also have a bus stop 2 minutes from the house! And we are 6 minutes away ( walking) from Sullivan T station (subway station). We are also 10 minutes away from Assembly Square, the Encore Casino, and very close to Harvard University!
We are close to multiple supermarkets, shopping malls, many restaurants.
Please know that no alcohol, no smoking, and no drugs are allowed.
Our house is located in a safe, and clean neighborhood.
