We are located in South Medford and Somerville line in a quiet and safe neighborhood of Magoun square.
Easy access to public transportations: buses nearby to 3 subways stations (Davis/Redline, Sullivan/Orange, and Lechmere/green). It's only 3.3 miles from Boston and only 15 min drive from Logan airport. Plenty of restaurants, stores nearby. Walking distance to Tufts University and Davis Square.
We've been hosting over 500's guests, mostly graduate international students since 2010. We love internationals. I am originally from Indonesia. My husband and I have lived in many countries, and have traveled to more than 50 countries so far.
We own a two-unit house. We live in the first unit, and our international house is on the second unit of the house. Shapley International house is fully furnished. It has 4 private bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, large living room and dining room areas, a large furnished kitchen and an alcove. Coin operated laundry machines in the basement. Backyard patio for relaxation and cookout in the summer. Newly installed forced air AC in each room and in the common areas. The rents includes all utilities (electricity, gas), heating, hotwater, AC, WiFi, cable TV, linens and towels. Ready to move in condition.
We often include our guests for cookouts, celebrating holidays and birthdays. Occasionally, we invite our guests for sightseeing day trips to see beautiful New England, or to the Red Sox games!
Absolutely, NO Smoking, NO Alcohol, and NO Drugs Abused in our premises!
