My son is leaving for college and I am renting his furnished room. I am a Director at a Social Services Agency. I enjoy doing charity work and serve on committees of three nonprofit organizations. I am an alum of Tufts University( undergrad) and Northeastern University (grad school). I enjoy cooking, gardening and shopping. I allow smoking only on the deck and outside. One of the best things about my homestay is the accessibility to downtown and most of the universities. Here is an example of how quick:
